We are pleased that you would like to spend your vacation in St. Peter-Ording with us.
Please make a deposit of 20% of the travel price 14 days after your booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.

If the travel period is too close to the booking period, the deposit is not required and the full travel price is due immediately.

Your payment options include

The costs for heating and electricity are directly included in our rental prices - even for vacation apartments and houses with sauna. You do not have to worry about any additional payments.

The minimum rental period is three nights. A minimum stay of seven nights applies over public holidays, during vacations and in the high season. A stay of two nights may also apply for special offers or promotions. Please contact us and take advantage of the offers on the website.

Reservations of less than seven nights are possible on request, but we will then charge a surcharge for short bookings.

You will receive the keys for your vacation apartment or vacation home in our office at Badallee 9 in St. Peter-Ording.

On the day of arrival your accommodation is available from 16:00. Departure is by 10:00 am. If you would like to arrive at an earlier time, please let us know.

Please hand in the keys at our office. Outside opening hours, you can also drop them in the letterbox at the office building. You will receive the code for the key safe with your booking confirmation.

For bookings of seven nights or more, the final cleaning is already included in the rental price. For shorter stays we charge a short stay surcharge.

A free WLAN connection is available in almost all of our vacation accommodations.

You will find the following items in your vacation apartment or vacation home on arrival:

• 1 shower mat
• 2 tea towels
• 1 bin liner
• 1 roll of toilet paper
• 2 dishwasher tabs, if dishwasher available or dishwasher detergent

If your accommodation does not include a linen package, we will be happy to provide you with one for a small fee.

Towel packs (one shower towel and two small towels) are available for €10.00 per person and bed linen for €15.00 per person. You also have the option of booking a complete linen package - consisting of towels and bed linen - for €25.00 per person.

We are happy to provide you with a baby travel cot and a high chair. There is a surcharge of €10.00 per item for transportation. Please inform us of your requirements when you make your reservation, as the number of items available is limited.

In many accommodations, baby travel cots and highchairs are even available and then of course free of charge. Please note that the baby cribs are only suitable for children up to the age of 12 to 18 months.

All our vacation apartments and vacation homes are equipped with terrace or balcony furniture, some even with a beach chair. These are available from April to October. For weather-related reasons, the period may vary slightly.

Pets are welcome in some of our vacation apartments and vacation homes. These must be registered at the time of booking. The costs are a flat rate of € 45.00 per pet and booking.

We are happy to offer you a luggage transfer service. Please send your luggage in good time so that it is delivered to our office address at least three days before your arrival.

Free service: You take your suitcases to your accommodation yourself on arrival after handing over the keys.

Paid service: We will place your suitcases in your apartment after delivery by luggage shipping. We charge €20.00 per suitcase for this service. The maximum weight of a suitcase should not exceed 23 kg.

A visitor's tax is also payable in St. Peter-Ording - for adults aged 18 and over. You can obtain the so-called guest card directly from our office at Badallee 9.

If you arrive outside our opening hours, we ask you to pay the visitor's tax at our office the following day.

The amount of the spa tax depends on the season and is as follows

Season A: 01.04. - 31.10. and 25.12. - 07.01. = € 4.00 per day
Season B: 08.01. - 31.03. and 01.11. - 24.12. = € 3.00 per day

Guest card holders currently receive discounts on all events at the tourist office, the "Dünen-Therme" leisure and adventure pool, the Eiderstedt Landscape Museum, the North Sea Amber Museum, the West Coast Park, the community library, the Multimar-Wattforum in Tönning and the Fun Center Husum.
